Q1.Can you provide us samples,is it free or need to pay ?

Free for standard items,only need to charge express fee properly.(no need charge the express fee if you have your freight collect account like fedex dhl tnt….)

Q2: How many days will be needed on samples?

This is depend on the samples.

For those with available fabrics, 7 working days will be needed. For those should arrange from the fabrics, 20days will be needed.

Q3.What is the lead time for delivery?

In general we are able to manufacture orders of a quantity of up to a few thousand items within 45-60 days since order of confirmation fixed.

Q4.Can I put my own label and logo on the products?

Yes , and you also have two options as below

1) Send your label design to us, and we will make them for you and put them on the items

2) Send your finished labels to us, and we will put them on the items

Q5: How to control the products' quality?

We have the products manager who with 15years working experience and she focus on products detail.

We have always placed great emphasis on quality control to ensure that excellent quality level is maintained. Our QC inspect the goods from fabric to packaging

Q6.Can you accept the small order?

A:Well, it depends on the cost and technique, but we will try our best to accept the small order to build a long business relationship.
